Review process

The papers which fail to meet the submission requirements (see the "Instructions for Authors" section of the site) will be returned.

A member of the Editorial Board will make an initial review of the scientific quality of the paper and appoint two referees for specialist review. These will make a peer-review of the paper.

Conforming papers will be proposed for publication. The papers which have complied with the standards but need some changes or improvements will be returned to authors. Articles which do not meet the scientific standards will be rejected.

Authors will be notified when a manuscript has been accepted for publication. Each author will receive an evaluation feedback form of the article.
